Amrapali Group will cater the housing needs of government employees by developing 10,000 apartments at affordable price. Noida Extension is an ideal location for this affordable project on which the Delhi based realty firm will spend up to Rs 2,000 crore.
Amrapali Group has already launched the first phase of this project, where 2,000 flats are available
for booking, between the price range of Rs 22 lakh to Rs 30 lakh. The realty expert has hired Investor Clinic, a property brokerage firm, for the marketing of “Amrapali Adarsh Awas Yojna”.
Anil Sharma, CMD, Amrapali Group, said, “We are coming up with an affordable housing project for the serving and retired government employees. About 40 acres land has already been kept aside for this project in our 100 acres township in Noida Extension.”
Mr. Sharma also told the concerned media person that how Amrapali is selling the apartments at a decreased market price of Rs 2,280 per square feet. These flats are covering 975 square feet carpet area to 1,300 square feet carpet area.
The CMD of Amrapali Group mentioned that they have decreased their profitability. The company officials also told the media that they will be using Precast technology and Aluminium work to construct this project which will be completed within 3 years with grace period of half a year.
