Pune based real estate firm, Marvel Realtors and Developers limited launched luxury residential project for niche segment, under the name Urban Palaces which is situated in the home ground of the firm.

Marvel Simrose and Marvel Aurum are two of those 6 projects, which will be gracing the beauty of Urban Palaces. These two tasks are situated in posh locality of Koregaon Park, which is the heart of Pune.

Marvel Aurum, an eleven-storey building comprises a total of 23 apartments, each ranging from 4,462 to 15,000 sq ft area. With a price tag of Rs 18,000 per sq ft, these 4.5 BHK apartments cost approximately Rs 10 crore each for the buyers.
