The Orind Chairman explains how essential proteins are for an adult to have in a day. That means that the human body is not able to produce a sufficient amount of them via biosynthesis from other substances, but still depends on them. Those essential proteins are named isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylanine, threonine, tryptophan and valine. All of them are depicted in BERTRAND in their recommended amount.

Proteins can also be found in organic ingredients like almonds, pulses, milk, soy, coconut, oats, sunflower seeds and lots more. A bowl full of white rice can give you sufficient amount of protein, which can complete your daily protein requirement.
