Indian School of Business (ISB) has secured seventh place globally in the Forbes “Best Business School 2019” ranking. The rankings of the annual Forbes list are solely on the “5-year MBA gain”. ISB has its two campuses, one in Mohali and another one at Hyderabad.

Sharing his views Professor Rajendra Srivastava, Dean, ISB said, “We are delighted to be a part of the Forbes Best Business School 2019 rankings, and it is a pleasure to see ISB’s Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP) gaining more and more recognition globally.”

He also added that “These rankings speak of the value that ISB’s MBA brings to the table for both our students and the corporate world. It bears testimony to our students’ competencies, teachings of our world-class faculty, the satisfaction of our alumni as well as the confidence of our recruiters. I want to thank each of them for this success. I would also like to mention about our updated curriculum that helps the students to hone their skills as per the fast-changing world today. We look forward to working hard and keep moving up the ladder in the right direction with the ISB family together.”

ISB participated in Forbes ranking for the first time this year. The rankings are based on the net cumulative of the number of typical alumni would have earned after five years after their MBA vs pre-MBA career.

This time, Forbes undertook more than 100 business schools and surveyed over 17,000 alumni regarding their pre and post-MBA location, career choice and compensation.

Moreover, The Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP) of the Indian School of Business is ranked 24 worldwide by the Financial Times Global MBA Ranking, 2019.
