Galgotias University was awarded the top T-school award on 23rd September 2015 at the India Habitat Centre, New Delhi. The award was presented by Mr. Manish Sisodia, Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi. The university has been setting high standards in the education sector and is amongst the top ranked universities scoring high on the parameters such as the best top placements, human resources, good environment, various options for courses, best infrastructure, good and innovative methods of teaching, great scope for learning and growth and the best faculty.
The university was acknowledged for its academic, overall excellence and its outstanding contribution in building a Digital India in the form of ‘eGov Campus’ title. It is ranked 8th in the All India T-school rankings survey 2015.
According to Mr. Suneel Galgotia, Chancellor of Galgotias University, “It is a great moment of pride for the university. We are glad that we made it to the top.” He further added that “Getting a respectable place in the private T-School list was not easy, as the survey considered all qualitative aspects to match the standards of private institutions against the industry requirements and the changing aspect of the technology landscape. A cursory glance at the list is enough to understand how fiercely the private T-Schools have fought to grab their spot in the list. Private T-Schools have rapidly graduated to the next level, giving students competitive environment to learn, experiment, exchange knowledge, and prepare for the future challenges that they would be exposed to when they step out into their professional lives.”
