Quarterly results to be announced by Bilcare on Aug 14, 2015

Bilcare Ltd is scheduled to hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on 14^th of August with an agenda to mull over and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.

The directors and designated employees of Bilcare will keep closed the trading window for dealing in the Company’s Shares. It is expected to remain closed from August 04, 2015 till one day after the results are published in the newspapers, in terms of the Company’s code of internal procedures and conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading in securities, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

Bilcare’s shares were last traded in BSE at Rs.59.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 60.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 319061 in across 2456 trades. The intraday high hit by the stock was at Rs. 66.4 and intraday low was at Rs. 58.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 19930307.
