The startup that produces sports nutrition supplements, Fullife Healthcare, has raised approximately ₹50 crore in its latest round of investment. The funding was received from its long time investors, Rakesh Jhunjhunwala and Sixth Sense along with a new investor Akash Prakash of Amansa Capital.
Founded in 2011, this Mumbai-based startup has products like Fast&Up Charge and Fast&Up Reload. Nutraceuticals sector has a huge scope and an extended audience, owing to the range of their products, making these products high in demand. The company will also be adding a new range of plant-based protein and super greens products to its portfolio. Fast&Up, a supplement for athletes, is one of the most famous products of the company with quite an extraordinary track record of its success via their unique business model and dedicated work forces.
“Our investors have helped us immensely to make our vision a reality with their valuable feedback, guidance and deep involvement. It has helped us ensure that we stay true to our mission. This year, we are going to focus on increasing our product portfolio while catering to the required expanded capacity to cater to growing demand as well” said Varun Khanna, Co-Founder, Fullife.
As per the announcement, the company is looking forward for other investors in order to help them reach their goal of going global and having a larger impact on its product consumption. With its presence in Italy, the company now aims to use the funding to expand their operations into new markets across Europe and USA.
