With the launch of the mobile app, the hospital has become the first hospital in India to launch a PHR app that enables patients to Self Check-in to the outpatient clinic directly from a mobile.
The PHR app aims at providing patients a hassle-free medical experience. The app’s user-friendly design is easy to comprehend and can be used by anyone, even if the user is not a patient at Artemis Hospital. A patient can access a wide range of services like booking a doctor’s appointment, consultation through email, phone and video conference, medical services at home by professional medics and booking tailored packages for preventive health checkups.
The PHR app is loaded with features like adding health records for family members, accessing one’s own clinical history like discharge summary and outpatient notes, access to all the lab and radiology reports at one place, etc. The app stores a list of medications prescribed to the user by doctors at Artemis Hospital. The user can also add other medications prescribed to him. The app also keeps a track of the users’ hospital visits in a chronological order, apart from holding the record of the users’ service requests.
The PHR mobile app is a revolutionary step in the direction of providing easy to access medical solutions to the patients. It has been garnering positive reviews from the users since its launch. Patients are happy with the launch of the mobile app since it has warded off the need of standing in long queues for hours.
