This enthusiasm was further nurtured through her academic achievements, which include a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Hindu College, Delhi University, and a Postgraduate Degree in Business Management from the London School of Economics. Deeksha joined The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group in 2009, stepping into the role of Executive Director. She took charge of critical areas such as Human Resources, IT, Sales, and Business Process Improvement, driving strategic initiatives that significantly enhanced operational efficiency and service standards across the group’s properties. Her leadership extends to overseeing the Internal Audit functions, ensuring that excellence is maintained across all 14 operational locations.
