Kumar Builders bagged Franchise India Estate Awards 2013, West India Edition for its project ‘Kumar Sublime’ under category ‘Environmental Friendly Residential Project’. The Franchise India Awards acknowledges and felicitates the standards of excellence established by realty entities. The event was held in Mumbai and aimed at recognizing the efforts of achievers and innovators in the real estate industry.
Kumar Sublime is one of the state-of-the-art projects by Kumar Builders which has established benchmarks of excellence in realty industry. It is certified by International Institute of Energy Conservation and is the first Indian eco housing project. With the focus on creating green and eco-friendly ambience, Kumar builders have transplanted existing trees in the vicinity of the project. The landscape has been designed with indigenous species. Various eco-friendly measures for effective solid waste management and use of drip irrigation for landscaping have been embedded in the project.
