Jaro Education forays into K-12 domain with Toppscholars, launches app at Juniorthon Mumbai 2018

Pioneer in India’s online education segment, Mumbai-based Jaro Education has recently marked its entry into the K-12 domain. The education solution provider took to Juniorthon Mumbai 2018 for the launch of its latest ed-tech venture, Toppscholars app.

Held on December 23, 2018, Juniorthon Mumbai provided the perfect setting for the introduction of the K-12 education oriented app. Toppscholars was the official education partner of Juniorthon, India’s largest under-15 kids’ marathon. The event was primarily aimed at creating awareness on the rise of childhood obesity and related diseases due to lack of outdoor activities.

The event was a success for Jaro Education Mumbai, whose stall for Toppscholars received a footfall of more than 300 school-going kids who visited along with their parents and guardians. Apart from getting to know more about the ed-tech venture, the children also participated in various mind-testing games while visiting the stall. Winners were rewarded with exciting merchandize from Toppscholars.

A further addition to Jaro Education’s existing online education offerings, Toppscholars app boasts of meticulously designed content, developed under the supervision of experienced teachers.

The app is aimed at providing personalized learning for the smarter generation by assisting every student with excellent video lectures with rich 2D/3D animation for better understanding, adaptive practice tests with personalized report cards, previous year papers as mock tests and chat with expert faculty for doubt clearance on chosen subject(s).

On being asked about what makes Toppscholars different from other ed-tech apps available in the market, a representative from the company said, “Toppscholars provides students with more than 5,000 videos on various sub-topics, along with concise notes showcasing effective problem-solving techniques for fundamental and advanced learning.”
