Akshaya Patra conferred with the ‘Best Annual Report’ award

The Akshaya Patra Foundation was conferred with four Corporate Collateral awards by Public Relations Council of India on the occasion of its annual meeting; 10th Global Communication Conclave held at Kolkata. It is yet another benchmark of excellence established by the Akshaya Patra Foundation. The communication professionals and collaterals were recognized and awarded by PRCI (Public Relations Council of India). It is a nationally recognized body of PR, media, advertising, academics and corporate communications professionals with 25 chapters across the country and other chapters in UAE and SAARC countries.

Ajay Kavishwar, Head – Communications, The Akshaya Patra Foundation expressed his happiness and gratitude saying that, “Winning communication awards helps us know that we (NGO) are at par with every other corporate company. It also gives us a great deal of happiness to know that our corporate collaterals are carrying the messaging, effectively and are setting bench marks.”

The overall excellence of Akshaya Patra Foundation has been recognized in the form of various awards. It bagged the prestigious Platinum award for its Annual Report 2014-15, Silver for the 2016 Calendar and Bronze for House Journal – Digital Newsletter – “Regular Update” and Documentary – “Dream a chance”

The potential of communication that helps in bringing out the core messaging of the organization through every channel to all the stake holders is recognized by the Corporate collateral Awards. Sridhar Venkat, CEO, The Akshaya Patra Foundation stated that, “Awards that appreciate good work keep us motivated to reach our goal of 5 million children by 2020.”
