The occasion was graced and inaugurated by Chandra Dhandapani, Chief Digital and technology Officer, CBRE and Anshuman magazine, Chairman, India & South East Asia, CBRE.
The newly setup Hub is ready to serve as the firm’s primary software development center in Asia pacific, with its main focus on next generation technology suite. Besides, its smart technology that is to maintain a balance between augmented reality and data analytics.
Furthermore, as world leader in workplace strategy, it tends to deliver a platform that leads the way in curating next- generation digital experience. Also, at hand the company’s driven initiative-CBRE 360 is reflecting each client’s unique culture and workplace requirements.The Gurugram site will initially host an approximate of 120 software engineers’ dedicated to work on CBRE’s expanding suite of Asia Pacific digital products.
Besides, with the moving into new D&T center, CBRE has already stated its further plans to expand both the headcount and capabilities in the coming 12 months to pioneer the next generational real estate technology solutions.
