For the first time in its history of building and crafting, Marvel Realtors is planning to develop small luxury residential projects in Pune. Marvel Realtors is an expert in catering the needs of niche market segment for developing only huge luxury residential projects.
The builder will be offering luxurious residential units which will be covering 1,200 square feet area only. These units will be considering all those high-end features which are commonly utilized in other luxurious projects of the Marvel Realtors.
In other news, the company is also looking forward to raise up to $84 million via a PE investment before the end of 2015. There are numerous Private Equity firms which have invested in several projects of the Marvel Realtors since 2011. The last company was Capital First which brought a huge amount of $22 million for one of Marvel’s Commercial projects.
The CEO and founder of Marvel Realtors, Vishwajeet Jhavar expects 4 more transactions worth $84 million by the end of current fiscal year and that is why the idea to raise the same via Private Equity investments clicked his mind. He also explained that how this move will help the company to attract a huge number of clients who will ultimately make the final purchase decision in Marvel Realtor’s favor.
Marvel has a remarkable presence across Marvel Realtors Bangalore, Goa and Mumbai and looking forward to include Nashik and USA in this category. Right now the builder is developing 40 residential projects worth Rs. 14,000 crore which will be ready for possession by the end of 2017.
