Officials of Ashiana Housing said in a BSE filing, “the company has entered into a development agreement with Bengal Shriram Hi Tech City Pvt Ltd (a group company of Shriram Properties Ltd), for development of senior living and regular housing project on a piece of land measuring 19.72 acres”.
With the total area of 18 lakh square feet worth selling, both the land developers are all set to explore out of their domain areas. Both the specialists are proceeding in this direction after acknowledging the increasing housing needs of senior citizens in society.
Towards the last quarter of financial year 2015, Ashian Housing raised upto Rs 200 crore through qualified institutional placements (QIP) from Goldman Sachs and Creador, who are the global investors.
