A first generation entrepreneur, Dr Sanjay Salunkhe is the mastermind behind three major ventures, namely Jaro Education, Institute for Future Education, Entrepreneurship and Leadership (iFEEL) and Jaro Finance. An MBA and LLB from the University of Mumbai, he also holds a doctorate degree in ‘Change Management and its Impact on Achieving Business Results’.

Dr Salunkhe started his career with a nationalized bank and worked with companies like Lupin, Tata Steel, and others in India and abroad for about 10 years. With more than three decades of experience in HR, Banking and Education, he took his first steps towards entrepreneurship and founded his recruitment company by the name of Net Technologies Pvt Ltd.
For excellence in his work, Dr Sanjay Salunkhe has received multiple awards, including ‘Best Management Faculty Award’ and ‘Award for Excellence in Developing Young Managers and Entrepreneurs’ by Bombay Management Association. Apart from being an active member of Bombay Management Association and other management forums, he is also an Executive Committee member of the Indo-American Society.
