One of the leading electric vehicle startup in India –BattRE Electric Mobility Private Limited, launched a new electric scooter BattRE love. The new e-scooter is priced at INR 59,900 ex-showroom price and is coming up with advanced features such as dual disc brakes, anti-theft alarm, remote key, wheel immobiliser, reverse gear and two hours charging time.
Most importantly, LoEV comes with a detachable lithium Ferro phosphate battery with three years warranty. It also features some of the attractive premium features such as LED display and LED daytime running lights (DRL).
While commenting on the launch, the founder of BattRE –Nishchal Chaudhary, said, “We launched our first electric scooter BattRE-One in June last year, which is a premium mid-segment product. In the last seven months, we have been able to ramp up our distribution to more than 50 dealers in six states, covering South India, Maharashtra and Gujarat.”
He also added, “With enough and more demand at the entry-level segment, we are confident of doubling our throughput at existing dealers with the launch of LoEV. It will also drive our entry into new geographies like Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan in the next two quarters.”
The e-scooter will be available on sale on Amazon India as well as on BattRE stores across Gujarat, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The e-scooter will be available in six colour variants along with three riding modes and increased warranty.
The company launched its first e-scooter BattRE One last year in June. Today, the company has over 50 dealers across six states in India.
Headquartered in Jaipur, BattRE Electric Mobility Private Limited and has a portfolio that includes e-bikes and e-scooters. The company was founded in 2017 and is presently incubated by Sangam Ventures that invests in clean technology investments.
